Gallo and Ty have good chemistry

and Ty knows when to give Gallo the ball when he’s on a roll. As I keep saying, we don’t need to worry about Gallinari…he does what he does. My main concern right now is Karls refusal to use Koufos. I’m not saying he wouldn’t have been abused by Bynum like Bird and Nene were…but he can take up fouls. It worked tonight…but I hate it when he switches Nene back to center.

I want to see Moz in the crunch time lineup as he gets better. Those fouls were bs, at least 3 of them were Bynum creating contact. Moz will learn and will get calls. I am ok with Miller and Ty in the crunch time backcourt cuz Miller is much stronger than Felton or Billups on defense.

I think the crunch-time lineup should be Ty, Gallo, Nene, Al, and either AAA or Miller depending on how they’re playing. I still hate the 2pg lineup, but admit it is nice having miller out there when it matters. Just no 3-guard lineups please.

Agreed...

As we get more games like this the team will get more experience in execution down the stretch. Every game should be an exercise in playing well together, executing, and letting different players step up.

If you think about it, Carmelo or Chauncey have taken almost every crunchtime shot for the past 4 or 5 years – you don’t learn how to overcome that overnight. Hopefully our half court offense gets better – I think some of that will be feeding Moz in the post, taking some lumps, and teaching him how to execute.
